Attention:Job Analysts

After being a teacher for six years, it feels weird to not have any teaching load for this schoolyear.  Apparently, I am to handle the coordinatorship when the incumbent PS coordinator, T. Joy, leaves for the States.  Apart from this gargantuan responsibility, I am to assist in HR matters, specifically, job analysis.  Graduating with a degree in Psychology does not make me an expert in the area.  However, I do intend to read about the matter, and probably seek expert help through my blog page…

Prologue

Hear ye, hear ye… my first blog ladies and gentlemen.Thanks to my techie husband, I can now share my thoughts, ideas, and what-have-you’s in my very own blog page.

I am a person of many interests.Besides teaching, I’m into research, statistics, motherhood, leadership, and etc. etc. So, once in a while, I would be touching on those areas…

I have just recently completed my MA in Educational Management in the University of the Philippines and basing from all the hardwork I’ve been too, I just thought, hey, what about sharing to the world the papers, researches and powerpoint presentations I have made. So for all those aspiring to be MA Ed Man graduates like me, I hope you will find my page useful. But since I just started, I will upload these files one at a time, and when I know how. I would be needing the help of Lopau in that department…
