From the day that Angel Locsin set foot in ABS CBN’s territories, I fell in love with her. I admire her guts and strength. Amidst the various attacks on her supposed disloyalty to the network that brought her to fame, she bravely held her head high and rebuilt her career in her new found home.
No, I am not really a die-hard supporter. I used to watch a lot of telenovelas but unfortunately, it’s been difficult for me to find time for TV nowadays. My addiction for online auctions, however, made me cross paths with Angel’s noble project- Shop and Share. Shop and Share was conceptualized to help the victims of Ondoy and Pepeng. The idea was to pool enough funds to donate to the Red Cross. I never knew that there is so much in Angel than a pretty face and a lot of talent. She selflessly shelled out a lot of her valuable possessions to raise money for the needy.
